What a jokeWe have just replaced our Sunbeam “quiet” kettle with a standard de Longhi kettle after putting up with the noise for a year. It is beyond belief that this is sold with the technology that is supposed to reduce the noise. It is unfortunate that you cannot test these items in store as we would never have bought it. The de Longhi is so much quieter despite making no promises re noise.Legendary service
