The base started to rust and definitely not expecting handle to crack. Very disappointed with product quality for the price paid.Needs ImprovingThe kettle looks good but the water indicator window is difficult to see under the handle and I wish it had a pop top lid like Breville not a lid that removes. I have to use a 1 litre jug of water to fill to the minimum level of .75l so I don't like having to boil so much water just for 2 cups. It also takes some time to boil the minimum amount. Not as quick as I thought it would be.Best jug I have ever ownedSo pleased with me buying this beautiful jug with its easy to follow fixtures super fast to boiling point and so quiet too love the chime when it reaches the desired temp looks classy too.Legendary service
