    Looks great but stops boiling
    Bought this about 8 months ago with matching toaster, sadly it started turning off mid boil and now it doesn't work at all. Was a very decadent purchase for me, had a cheap one for 10 years should have kept it, won't buy another Sunbeam again.Should have read all these reviews as a lot are similar to my problem with the kettle.

    Unreliable
    Would love to know if this is just my experience or not - as need to choose either exchange or replacement kettle - within a couple of months, the kettle stopped working reliably. It will switch itself off while boiling.

    Very noisy
    I have been using this kettle for about 9 months and it is very noisy . It was noisy from new and everybody that visits remarks on how noisy the kettle is
