Best machine for your in home baristas, 4 years old and still a great machine, never had any problems with it, the grinder was working fine until recently but 4 years old also, should this machine eventually die I would definitely just buy another one.

Bought it few years ago and keeps making good coffe The only problem that I encounter is that the gauge has been stuck on the Needs Service. Basically it happened within the first 12 months and was fixed once when it was under warranty but it happened again soon after warranty expired

Worst Sunbeam appliance never The first Turino I bought blew up as soon as I plugged it in it was replaced and unlike the previous Thermo block sunbeams I have on which were great models this has made a lousy coffee and now after its first clean appears it’s almost impossible to reset the clean function. The only service agent is in Dandenong and I don’t know what to do it’s a massive disappointment I should’ve read the online reviews
