I have this beauty since 2 weeks now and have made breads, buns, challah, cakes, pavlova and have whipped loads of whipped cream and gnache :) although the profiterolls made with it took it all home. All baking is now so much easier and so much more fun with this amazing machine. So sturdy that even my bread dough was kneaded with ease and all that I whipped was incredible plus now the kids really love helping me in the kitchen and i need not worry about all the mess because the splash guard is absolutely perfect. If there ever was a bakers dream than this machine would surely be in it.
