I commenced using the mixmaster at 6pm tonight. Soft butter & castor sugar mixing. It is now 9pm and still not creamy. I have scaped down six times and tried on slow, medium and fast settings. Why would anyone buy this machine. You would be better off with a hand beater. I have an old hand beater not electrical and will now try that. It certainly couldn't be any worse.

Not a fan
I bought this mixer online about 2 weeks ago and thought it was amazing... its great at mixing however the bowl is stuck on the base... the autolock twist function is terrible... you need to be one of the worlds strongest to get it ofd.

Easy to use
We bought this mixer 2 years ago. In that time we have loved it. The lcd screen goes through periods where it doesn't work, but besides this it hasnt missed a beat. This particular model is a little bouncy as with most mixers, so I recommend not using it near the edge of a bench.
