We’ve had two of these knives and they’ve both had the power trigger jam and the knife can’t be turned off unless you switch the wall switch off. Extremely dangerous and needs to be fixed.

Had the knife just over a month, now the power trigger jams on & has to be turned off at the power point

I was so disappointed with this product. I received it as a Xmas Present to use on xmas ham. After I inserted the blades they did not work properly. Then they did not eject. Faulty product that did not work. Returning it hoping for a refund.
