I bought my dehydrator to make fruit rolls and it came with one fruit roll tray. It is very easy to use, you just put your fruit mixture onto the tray, spread out thinly, then put it into the dehydrator for around 8 hours. It peels off pretty easily, then I just cut up the leather into strips and store in an airtight container. My kids (and I!) love it!
