I bought one about two months ago because it could use a variety of capsule types. I returned to first one as water did not pass through the 'pressure wall' (the rectangular removable components). The second one had the same problem. Simply removing and reinserting the screw in each 'pressure wall' solved this. The coffee it makes is not hot enough. Used capsules become jammed in the machine and have to be removed using a knife to lever them out. A waste of $250.
