It’s great at first but seems these machines only have about a two year life span. After my first machine stopped frothing and all troubleshooting failed, I replaced it with a new one. Only to end up with the exact same issues two years later. The frother stops working properly. No amount of cleaning or descaling improves this. You’re left with a 1/4 cup of watery coffee with no foam. From other reviews this seems to be a common issue with this model.

Bought it 3 months ago, and it was great. Made lovely coffee. However, now the frother won't work. I've cleaned it, over and over, still nothing. Disappointing. I bought because I trusted the brand.

The espresso part of the machine works to expectations. When it comes to the milk; even after moving to full fat milk (chilled) and on the lowest setting we are still getting cups that are 50% drinkable coffee 50% air bubbles. As fun as milk mustaches are in the morning this isn't what I want from my coffee.
