    poor results every time
    I purchased this model over the more expensive model due to the all in one push button approach but it consistently produces a VERY poor watery overly frothy coffee. Should have spent more on a better product.

    Great machine
    Bought this from the good guys on sale for $250, have never had a coffee machine before but drink a lot of coffee, Easy to use, easy to clean, perfect lattes.

    A bit disappoint
    Got this a week ago and yet to have a good coffee. I think there is something with the temperature or pressure (or both) as it is very bitter and the waste coffee grounds are very sloppy. Is there anything I can do?
