Happy with the unit, unhappy with the filter.
Have had this now for years and replace the filter every 6 months, up til now have had not had any problems. The last filter - superfine - never worked properly and quit after 2 months, just brought a new one yesterday and it is as bad. Why can I not buy or even find a General Purpose Filter for sale?

I just wanted to leave a comment as to the fantastic customer service i received from one of your employees - Andrew paskalis. He went out of his way to find the washer-dryer to suit my needs, advised me on the size measurements, and negotiated my difficult delivery instructions! I am not the easiest customer, but he did all of this without a complaint - and was extremely friendly and agreeable the entire time. Wow, efficiency and the big companies wonder why the public are turning away. I just placed the order, blinked and then my product which was a dryer turned up.
