Great price and courteous service
I recently purchased a Fisher Paykel clothes dryer from your company. I am still astounded at the high quality of service from all your staff. From Campell, who gave me a great price and courteous service, the emails from dispatch and to keep me up to date on my products and the customer service reps who were really great in tracking down what was causing the delay with my delivery. Which I must mention was a 3rd party company who could stand to take a few lessons from AO team! Amazing site and an amazing company with fabulous employees. Cheaper than any others I looked at
I bought a fridge from you and had it delivered last week. Loved the fact it was cheaper than any others I looked at and I could buy it without having to travel all over Brisbane to get the best price. I ordered it, specified the day I could be home for delivery and the delivery guys rang me at 8.30 to advise the time it would be delivered. this meant I could plan my day around it rather than sitting at home all day waiting (and when you only get one day off a month this is important.) Delivery was free, they took away my old fridge and I paid COD. I have recommended you to heaps of my friends and I am now looking at buying a dishwasher and yes I will be buying through you.
