Outdated model
I returned this item for refund as it has an outdated version of Android, so would not be any use for latest apps on Google Playstore. E.g. cannot use SBS on demand app. Also has a clunky interface.

Didnt work with my AV Receiver
The unit worked when plugged directly into my tv. However, I couldnt use it this way. I needed the hdmi to go through my AV receiver then into my tv. The unit failed to show a clear picture and for some reason struggled with finding tv stations! very disappointed.

Whilst I was extremely nervous about buying a major appliance on line, especially on a Sunday, I am delighted with the result ! I spoke to a real person after hours on Sunday, placed my order on line, got confirmation immediately, was called, as promised on the morning of the delivery and it was delivered just when they said they would. The delivery guys were, neat polite and helpful - they even gave me a good tip about re-routing the drain from the machine. The savings are 'in the bank' ... and I will use them next time.
