I've had this vacuum for 5 months now and think thats a good length of time to realise that sadly I've made an expensive mistake. I read reviews but rarely write one, there is so many glowing ones, but I'm so frustrated by this vacuum that I'm totally with the people who think this is not a good investment. I can handle the tiny battery life but the constant unblocking of every orifice of this machine is irritating and time wasting. I've got two Jack Russell's and they shed a lot, but a little ball of hair gathers up the wand, and before you know it the handle is burning into your palm. I have given up using it on the wood flooring (the reason I bought it) and just sweep with a good old brush and dustpan ( I have all wood flooring and 3 rugs I hoover☹). It only likes objects that are lightweight e.g. dog hair, dust and cobwebs, woe betide if you pick up a stone or other usual bits and bobs found on floors because you get all this back in a heap on the floor when you switch the machine off or worse still it's spitting it out as you go. Don't get me wrong when its gathering dust and hairs it's doing the job, how, I'm not sure as suction is non existent when you put your hand over the end of the nozzle or the handle. I also have to change the filter after every couple of hooverings ( so it's obviously picking up dust). Oh and don't get me started on having to put my hand into pull out dog hairs and dust from the dust box!!! So if you haven't got a hairy dog and a messy family this IS the vaccum for you, maybe I just need to get a carpet beater and stick to the brush.

Even though the hoover is cleaned every two weeks and emptied after every use it still stops working!

Bought this in 2018, probably only been used a couple of hours, it is horrific, blocks continually you need another vacuum on st and by to keep unblocking it. I can’t believe I didn’t complain earlier I have tried and tried to use it but every time it blocks on hard floors, rugs everywhere I use it. Would never recommend this vacuum to anyone.DO NOT BUY
