I dont often have any praise for companies in QLD but after buying a small freezer a month ago from a large retail outlet, I had to wait 4 days to pick it up at the shop. With my purchase yesterday from you I not only received it cheaper but the next day, the two people doing the delivering were efficiant, courtious and set up the washer and took the old washer away and no delivery charge, where were you when I needed a freezer and I will be dealing with you again, no worries. You are an asset to your company
I wanted to personally write and thank you for your great service at a time when I was very frustrated. I bought a washing machine from you in December 2006, a Samsung JV1455. In May it stopped working and since then I have had 4+ service calls over 4 months with the machine going to and from the workshop for repairs numerous times. Even after speaking to Samsung I could not resolve this. Thank you for understanding and delivering me a new machine shortly after our discussions. Speedy and courteous delivery
This is the first time I have used Appliances Online and I will be recommending them to everyone! Spoke to a friendly operator about a washing machine at 10am, by 12 he had called back to advised it would be delivered this afternoon, it arrived and was installed by 1.30pm!
