I finally killed my Skullkandi headphones after one of my many runs and was looking for a replacement set. I looked at loads of options and came across these little beauties. The freedom of not having a cable attached to my ipod is brilliant. I no longer need to run with clothing that has pockets and I don't have fight with a cable whilst running. The sound quality is great and the battery life seems to last ages. My runs last between 30 minutes and 90 minutes, I've never run out of battery and so far only charged it when in changed my music tracks. The drag and drop function is very easy and the headphones hold hundreds of songs. These are a brilliant piece of kit and I'll buy another if I ever wear mine down. I've never tried swimming in them so can't comment on this function.

My husband gave me the waterproof and dustproof Walkman for christmas and I intended to use it mainly for swimming. The first time I used it, I found that the volume was very low, I couldn't crank it up and lose myself in the music while I was swimming like I wanted. After I got out and read the manual I found out that if you have the waterproof earplugs in, the volume will be a bit muffled, but that bothers me a bit. Also, the earpieces are a bit large, so when I've got my swimming cap on, I can't fit it over the earpieces without severe discomfort since they press into my head and ears in several places. Also, a bit bothersome. I don't hate them and I will continue to use them since they are quite pricey here in Iceland, and I don't intend to buy new ones, but not an instant favorite. Also, what a bummer that they don't support bluetooth as well!
