I love this small Walkman and would be lost if this got stolen like my other one did.

Bought it a few months ago. Initially working well, then one of the buttons (next song) stopped working. A while after that, the player wouldn't turn on at all and it wouldn't charge either. Had to contact the support team and, after trying a few different things, we managed to make it work. Again, after another day of use, it started giving the same problem (not charging, switching on...), so I decided to return it.

I bought this product for the SONY brand and the looks. However, I am quite disappointed that the player does not recognise ACC files which essentially is most of my music. The fact that this mp3 player is not compatible with ACC music files should be highlighted clearly and not just written in small print on the back. There are softwares that convert ACC to mp3 but the sound quality will deteriorate as will the file size. I am not a happy customer.
