This is my 2nd purchase. I bought my 1st one in Japan which worked like a treat for at least 5 or 6 years. If there is anything I would Sony to improve is the sound. Don't get me wrong! It's good but it could be a bit more punchy. I guess this is a personal preference but to me, it's a little flat. If the base and the treble were slightly more enhanced, I'd be extremely happy. And the last but not the least, please do not discontinue this. I'd be utterly and truly gutted.

I use these in a chlorinated public pool for lap swimming, I'm no athlete, just a casual swimmer. I've only ever been able to get them fitted 'watertight' a couple of times, usually water does get in my ears (yes I have tried the various size buds that come with the walkman) - i can still hear the music tho so i dont really care too much about fussing to keep the fitting perfectly water tight. Sometimes the water ingress/noise is a tiny bit annoying/uncomfortable but never enough to make me stop using them at all. I can't imagine swimming without them now. Also I think sony may want to gift me an extra pair or two, since so many people have been asking me about where to buy them XD. Please keep developing this technology so I will never have to swim laps in silence again!

I have used this product for over 5 yrs now and love it. I swim laps and its amazing how good the sound is underwater. I am now on my second pair. Thank you it makes my swimming so much more enjoyable :-)
