I'm still taken away by the sound quality for the low price. Don't waste your money on the other brands, these will do the job, and do it very well.Good headphonehappy with sound quality but experiencing a slight issue, don't know if it is an odd one I have or with all sets of this model, when I plug it into smartphone the connection is very fragile and noise keep getting distorted unless I bring the plug to a stable position now and then, the same is with when using an audio extension cable on PC/laptop, will have to contact Sony and see what they will have to say, but when there is no distortion the sound quality is absolutely amazing.Legendary service

I would like to take this opportunity to commend your service and delivery, the delivery drivers were so courteous, pleasant, helpful with lovely manners, (which you don't often come by these days). The washing machine was installed and tested, in a matter of minutes, the young man obviously knew what he was doing! I asked a couple of questions, which were answered respectfully and confidently, considering it was late on a Friday afternoon and a very hot day. These young men are a credit to you company. This would have to be the best service, I have had in a long time.
