Good mid range headphones, bit heavy on the bass. Can I get replacement earpads?

My son loves them! Comfortable and good sound quality..everything you expect from Sony.

I bought this on the 28th October 2014. I was looking for a suitable set of headphones principally for use with my Sony CMT-CPX1 Hi-Fi. I wanted to be able to listen to it at night if need be. So far I had found none suitable eithier too expensive at present or according to reviews not sound neutral (such as too bass heavy). Pure chance I spotted these & read up. Sound neutral, lightweight, tangle-free cord & able to plug into most Android, iOS or even yes Blackberry phones. On that note no headphones will work in my old Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc just the supplied earbuds which are good for a time. Lastly they were very cheap compared to others like BOSE & so on. I bought the ones in White as I liked the colour & my Hi-Fi is metal finished anyway. First points, lightweight & easy to adjust to fit me which was great, very comfortable to wear & cable length was sufficient. They did not work with my Smartphone as I expected so no problem. Into my Hi-Fi the sound quality was out of this world, just clear, detailed, neutral & I can hear every part of the sound I am listening to. I am a big fan of John Barry & these are magnificent, really do his music justice. The remote function with current Smartphones is a bonus. I have also plugged these into an Intel NUC & work just as well as with my Hi-Fi. Turns it into a mini Digital Jukebox. Put simply you want the best portable all-purpose headphones with outstanding sound, get these you won't regret it!
