Very polite and professional
My new fridge was delivered today, and I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with the service of the delivery men. I work at a hospital so I needed to be able to know very close to the delivery time, so I could get home and back to work as quick as possible. The delivery men, contacted me as promised (which doesn't normally happen) and were very polite and professional and spot on with their timing. Hi, I would just like to compliment Appliances Online and the two delivery guys that delivered my fridge (one was named Ali). I was very impressed with the availability, ability to deliver in the timeframe I wanted, pricing and service. In contrast, some local retailers were charging twice - yes, twice - the price, all had no stock and offered a 2-3 week lead time. Hi, I just had to let you know how thrilled I am with my new washing machine, I ordered it yesterday at 11.38 and received it at a bit after 9.00am today, I was contacted before to let me know the time of delivery, I had already cleared the area and removed the old washing machine and taken it to the front gate and when the new one arrived it was simple to install and adjust for use. The men who delivered and installed it were very pleasant, polite and careful, I have now completed reading the instruction manual and my first load of washing is going around happily. I would recommend your company to all my friends as this type of service is not generally available via retail stores. The added bonus of not having to pay the $65 delivery fee is also very welcome and the price was very competitive.
