I am emailing today to bring to your attention a very valuable staff member of yours.
After purchasing a Samsung fridge from Appliances Online we experienced repeated issues with the fridge. After being constantly passed between Samsung and Lumley, the extended warranty company, we were left with a substandard fridge with no-one willing to take responsibility. I contacted Sally who, on every occasion was courteous, helpful and patient. Sally took control of the situation and liaised with all parties and eventually exchanged the fridge for a Westinghouse.
Our experience with Sally has been so positive we intend to purchase all future products through Appliances Online and would happily recommend the company to others. Sally is a genuine asset to your company and has provided us with the best customer service we have ever received by far.
