I have to thank you all for the great service you supplied. I am an elder lady and am so relieved that the installation of my new fridge was so hassle free. Both *** and *** **** **** told me they would take my old fridge away for a fee. However, they would not guarantee that they would take the new fridge out of its box for me, as this would depend on the carrier’s time schedule. What good was a new fridge in a box to me if they took my working one away? Sadly, I remembered the trouble I had getting a new TV out of its box etc., so how was I going to manage a huge fridge? If I had of known of your wonderful service, I would have replaced my very old fridge years ago.

This experience was, "Wow!"
From start to finish this experience was, "Wow!". My washing machine died and I thought, "Oh NOOOO! This is going to be a nightmare!" Earlier in the year I bought a fridge from 2nds World online and it was absolutely painful. I live on the 3rd floor and delivery in Woonona is always "Out of Region", I don't have a trailer to remove the old machine,I am a woman on my own - so no men to help carry it up the stairs....I thought this is going to be another bad experience. With Appliances Online nothing was a drama...delivered the day after I ordered it and up my stairs, connected it up, took the old away, came on time, delivery guys were kind and accomodating...the ordering was simple - found product and service reviews very helpful. Price seems fair and reasonable and I didn't have to leave home to find a machine. I am absolutely WOW'ed by this company and will CERTAINLY order from them again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Have already done so!! And the machine....so far....is doing Pam, Woonona, NSW
