Accepted Sony’s trade in offer. Spoke with three customer support personnel after waiting ages on hold. Registered an account as instructed but never heard from Sony. Never again Sony.

Once the TV is set up it is good to go in no time. Don't count on the salespeople to fill you in with all the details, many of the outlets are unworthy of Sony products and to many of these people it's just another TV so do your homework as to what cables you will need and how much memory in the form of a USB memory stick you might require to record shows you might want to watch later. Make sure all of this is installed BEFORE you place it on the wall. Should you choose to use the stands-no problem. The screen is bright and detailed and the sound once adjusted to wall mount is very good. I am very pleased with my purchase and once again Sony pulls it off.

This is the Tv i have bought since my first Sony TV purchase almost 8 years ago. Nothing was wrong with previous one, after all was also a Sony. I serached through Shops and found this beauty, looked amazing. Got it home, set it up, only took few minutes. Turned the TV on and i was blown away. The quality of the picture in the shops was nothing compared to actually having it at home, the sheer colour and quality of picture was outstanding. For the quality of the television is well worth the purchase
