Bought my W800a less than 3 months ago. This evening it decided to start switching itself on and off every 8-10 seconds. Restarted the unit, tried plugging it straight into the wall socket rather than running through the surge board, removed all HDMI cables etc. but none of it seems to be helping. Makes me extremely unhappy, goes without saying. I went out of my way to buy a Sony TV thinking I could trust its quality. Not looking forward to calling the dealer for service and waiting for days and days to get my TV fixed. Definitely not looking forwarding to having no TV for the coming long weekend. My 6 year old is not going to like it.

Simply one of the most stunningly beautiful television experiences I have had the pleasure of enjoying. The 3D element in this piece of my home is breathtaking. I am so taken with the technical capabilities of the forward thinking technical advances that are loaded into this fantastic television. The future is bright with a Sony!

it's Great product and can go along with today digital world;she can catch up for u. picture is great n easy to use. but i have to digest her one touch remote control system which is extra one remote control u will get. overall if u want to save some money, this 800 series is the best n worth money spending: compare to 900 series. actually she is a Smart TV. innnn!!, i think i should change phone as well(;vs apple).
