Performance
TV was good for only until i updated the software. It is very slow to the point it is irritating.

Disappointment
Bad...Mediocre I bought the previous model in 2014 which was amazing. This TV is useless. I conniver get channel 11, however many times I retune. Hardly more than 20 apps to use. Frustratingly difficult to go back to normal TV from watching Netflix Don't waste your money

The Perfect TV
When the Sony Bravia 85" X8500D 4K HDR TV is paired with the Sony Mu.Te.Ki 7.4ch HTDDW8600 2095W Surround Sound System and the Sony PlayStation 4 Pro Video Game Console, I truly believe that it is possible to ask for a better experience! SONY FOR THE WIN!!!

Excellent service
Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland

I recently purchased a washing machine from your company and wish to sincerely compliment you and your whole team on the ease and satisfaction of that process. I had just experienced the opposite - had purchased a washing machine which finally arrived 9 days later and then didn't work as it had been damaged during delivery! I found myself back at square one sourcing another new machine. Through the Internet I decided which machine I wanted and your company (totally unknown to me) provided: - * The best price * Many choices of payment * Free Delivery and set up * Took the old machine away * Ordered late afternoon and delivered by 9:20 the next morning I could not have asked for anything more. I appreciate that where I live had something to do with how early I received the machine, but nonetheless the whole experience was a very pleasant surprise.
