Not as expected
Volume controller knob in few months will produce scratchy sounds and fails to increase/decrease volume. Mechanical (not electronic) parts will always fail after some time. One thing notable; is the very long lasting of the battery charge.

We were impressed
I was a little aprehensive about buying a washing machine on line because of reports I had read that Lemair were not noted for after sales service. I was sure I had made a mistake when the machine arrived, missing the adjusting foot. We were due to leave on a caravan holiday in just a few days so I was not optomistic when I rang Appliances on Line to ask for a replacement foot. I was pleasantly surprised by the backup service I received. The replacement part arrived in time for our machine to be installed in our caravan and was backed up with a phone call to confirm receipt.
