Excellent sound
I bought this a few weeks ago but had difficulty setting up until I updated the software. I think this is not right to retail requiring to have a software update before it can be used, what if you don't have internet facility

Good quality
Bought this to complement my new tv. I was impressed by the demonstration in store that compared it to other soundbar. Set up at home was simple and the result is a highly enhanced sound quality from my wireless connected ipod. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Courteous, friendly and professional
What a great experience. I work 7 minutes from home, your guys called me in the morning, then 20 minutes before arrival so I could shoot home, empty the old fridge. There were problems fitting the fridge through the doors so your sub contractors made a plan through the back of the house. Please commend them. As sub contractors, they did your brand good. I bought a Maytag washing machine and my wife has never been happier.We have a big family and needed a new machine asap as our old one had done it's time.We ordered on the Monday and were told that it had to come from sydney so it would be here Tuesday week,you guys fast tracked it for us and it got here on the Friday, four day's early, Wow how impressive thanks alot. Fast service, free delivery and excellent price. I ordered a new Bosch dishwasher last Thursday and it was delivered on Monday. This was great because we are outside the Sydney area and delivery was included. The price was lower than the local appliance shops which didn't include delivery. The delivery guys rang early (7:30am) and arrived 10 minutes later. Its a good thing they rang, other wise we would still have been in bed. I was happy to see they didn't drive the truck up the 80m driveway, so no damage there. They wheeled the dishwasher into the kitchen and unpacked it and took the packing away. The paperwork was no problem and the guys were quick friendly and efficient. Great service. Highly recommended. Alan, Thirlmere, NSW
