Was searching around for a soundbar or something similar to become a small Hi-Fi system for our bedroom until I came across this beauty. The first thing that struck me was it's good looks, the design itself is stunning and the LEDs just make it perfect. Given Sony's record for audio quality I bought it without even listening to it. I love that the speaker can be placed both ways as well, it slides perfectly into my TV cabinet. My only criticism on the design is that with the device laid horizontally in my TV cabinet I can't see the display at all. Minor issue though. The sound itself is great. Plenty of volume, more than I need for a living room set up. Very clear sound, heaps of bass and the different eq settings are a nice touch. Only thing it's missing for me is the option for a custom eq, but that's just Coz I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to audio. The speaker is insanely easy to use. I plugged my TV in through the 3.5mm input and connected my phone with nfc/bluetooth and was away. The controller is brilliant too, it's got a button for each option (bluetooth, audio in, usb, etc) so it's one click instead of scrolling through input options. All in all this is a fantastic speaker I would recommend to anyone. It's looks and sounds amazing and has very much made itself at home in my living room. Great for tv/movie sound and entertaining with music. You should definitely buy one.

bought it at xmas time for when i go camping and haven't stopped using it since, with the ability to use your mobile phone as the remote control and for choosing songs and the volume control is great the power consumption off a 100amp hour battery lasted 2 days.

Love everything about it. I like that I can take my phone (Z3 Compact) all around the house and control the tracks and the volume at the touch of a button :-)
