Going the extra mile to solve my problem
Appliances Online have been in constant contact with me to rectify the problem I have had. Georgia in customer service is a real credit to the compalny and quickly agreed to send me an LPG Mainifold to replace the Natural Gas one. It arrived within a couple of days and is being fitted on Wednesday by the plumber. If only all customer service was as good as that of Georgia and her team, I would be a very happy man. Well done Georgia and thank you once again for going the extra mile to solve my problem. I have bought appliances before from Appliancesonline and never had any problems, but it is at times when you do that you really find out whether you are dealing with a professional company or one just interested in moving boxes. I just had to write and let you know how impressed I am with your service, from beginning to end the experience was flawless, everything happened as promised! I got the washing machine I wanted $50.00 cheaper than the sale at D******, free delivery, free installation, free removal (as well as being advise by the lovely delivery men - Adam and Ali that the old machine would be recycled) I just did my first wash and am very very pleased! AND I am usually the very hard to please type person.
