Going the extra mile to solve my problem
Appliances Online have been in constant contact with me to rectify the problem I have had. Georgia in customer service is a real credit to the compalny and quickly agreed to send me an LPG Mainifold to replace the Natural Gas one. It arrived within a couple of days and is being fitted on Wednesday by the plumber. If only all customer service was as good as that of Georgia and her team, I would be a very happy man. Well done Georgia and thank you once again for going the extra mile to solve my problem. I have bought appliances before from Appliancesonline and never had any problems, but it is at times when you do that you really find out whether you are dealing with a professional company or one just interested in moving boxes. What a strange experience dealing with Appliances on line. Order processed. CHOSE my delivery date. Delivery driver ACTUALLY RANG and advised time of delivery. ACTUALLY arrived on time. TOOK old washing machine way. Installed new one. Easy and efficient and friendly.
