Could not be faulted
I recently bought a refrigerator from your company. From the very beginning I was delighted with the service and prompt responses that I received. I would recommend your business to anyone. I would particularly like to mention the excellent, professional and friendly delivery staff. From the phone call to the on-time delivery and friendly greeting, they could not be faulted. For the way they removed the old fridge to the installation of the new one, they showed great care and thoughtfulness. Why would anyone shop elsewhere
The driver just phoned to advise delivery this morning between 8 and 9am. I could be slightly prejudiced, but acknowledge the fact that the Company Award you received recently is more than well deserved for the fast and efficient way even this small purchase was handled. I look forward to further purchases, as why would anyone shop elsewhere - even when living as far from the city as I do, to have my microwave delivered to its resting place - not to mention also the removal of my old one. You are an asset to your company
I wanted to personally write and thank you for your great service at a time when I was very frustrated. I bought a washing machine from you in December 2006, a Samsung JV1455. In May it stopped working and since then I have had 4+ service calls over 4 months with the machine going to and from the workshop for repairs numerous times. Even after speaking to Samsung I could not resolve this. Thank you for understanding and delivering me a new machine shortly after our discussions.
