Went above and beyond
I was amazed to get on line, find the product I wanted at an amazing price (no-one else came near it) and have it at my door the following day. Initially I wasn't home, and most of the issues I had come up against with regards to deliveries resulted in resentful service, but appliances online (Specifically Mark) gave me the friendliest service I have come across and went above and beyond to get my dishwasher there to meet the plumber! I would never go elsewhere again, and the next time I need white goods, I will click, pay and smile again on your site. I've heard big brown box is just as good!! 10/10, 5 stars, Top of the Class!!! I cant find any fault with them!
After my 1st purchase from them last year I do not buy electricial products from anyone except them now. Free delivery and free removal of old product and the staff are so nice including the delivery people. Always on time with delivery. I cant find any fault with them. Hi, Just writing to thank you for delivering our new Microwave exactly when we were advised that it would be and for your excellent communication skills. We received a confirmation of order, a confirmation that the item had been dispatched and a phone call a couple of hours before delivery advising of the time it would be delivered. As well as this you took away the old Microwave. Even though you gave us this excellent service you were still nearly the cheapest quote that we received. What more could we possibly have asked for.
