The best sound system I've ever had
The system is a replacement for a previous Sony system that developed an unrepairable fault but this sytem is superlative. Sady although there are several preset ways in which the sound can be changed, there is no tone control for bass or treble which is a pity as elerly people tend to need the high frequencies boosted. However, I would thoroughly commend this sytem for film and music especially

Lots of Problems
It is make memory flashes unable and not working anymore and has lots of parasites on the picture, also free most of time, I just didn't have expected have such problems with it!

Very smooth process
Hi , We just received delivery of a dishwasher that we purchased online about a 2 weeks ago. The item at the time of out of stock, however i was promptly contacted and advice that there was a bit of a delay and that the item purchased would be delivered the following week. That was the first time that we purchase such a big item online and i must admit that it was a very smooth process. From the website all through to the delivery. Hi John, Just a short note to thank you soooooooo much for your help with our fridge. What a drama it all ended up being! Who would have thought when I first placed the order it would become such a saga. We so appreciate the extra effort you and your manager put in to get us something asap. Believe me it was a long 3 & 1/2 weeks with a tiny bar fridge!! And the new one could not have arrived on a better day - Saturday being so hot we were actually able to have ice-cream and icy-poles. Very excited children as you can imagine. You were great at keeping me up to speed with what was or wasn't happening which was greatly appreciated. I have been very impressed with the professional & prompt service from Appliances Online. The website is easy to navigate, informative, product variety & availability is very good and the prices are unbeatable! I have now bought a w/machine & a few weeks later a vaccuum cleaner. When I called the customer service line about each product & new year delivery times, they were very helpful and professional.The admin emails & delivery confirmation calls were prompt professional and clear. The delivery men were fantastic - took great care, communicated with each other all the way up the staircase and were very thorough in their intructions while being fast & efficient. ...and took away both old products for free! So far both products are going very well, so I cant comment on aftersales service, and hope i never need to!
