This apparent top of the line TV failed just after 12 months with the screen staying black and flashing fault codes and unable to reset. I couldn't be bothered with the runaround to go through a replacement process so have swapped this out for a TCL which looks like ot has better picture quality with 3 years warranty instead of 1. I use to support Sony products but I will never purchase a Sony again.Don't buy it,Absolutely rubbish tv, blurry picture all the time and no technical support from Sony, go for LG or Samsung. White patches shows on the screen even when you open any app.Legendary service
