Love the TV but the bluetooth is unusable
Everything about this TV is what I expected and the picture quality is good, but the TV is not compatible with bluetooth soundbars or headphones. Sony should make this clearer in the product specifications. A

Worst TV I've Owned
It has a good picture and decent sound but the user experience is so painful I've grown to loathe this TV. The favourites setup and access is complicated and so slow to use it's pointless doing it at all. Everything is so slow. Changing channels, accessing menus (which are so poorly set out it's hard to find anything), opening and exiting apps - all terrible. I was really excited to get this TV, my first Sony, but it has been a very dissappointing experience. Won't make the same mistake again.

Great Android TV
Just bought few days ago, this is my 5th Sony TV and first Android TV. Being all the same Sony I can control all the TVs from the smart phone say my kid left a TV on, I can turn it off from my phone anytime (has to be within the same wifi network) Feedback for Sony - the back picture of this TV does not match with the actual TV. Please update that, for this I had to change my TV bracket

Excellent service
Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland
