Minimal, complicated instructions. Difficult to cancel accidental timed settings. Blows hot air into my face when using fan-oven & cooking on cooktop above the oven. Smeg say this is normal & Aistralian standard to cool the cavity. When asked how he coped in hot weather, the Smeg technician said he didn't use his oven! Definitely not user friendly.

I have been using my new lovely oven for 2 months now, cooking with it most days. It is excellent - easy to use - l love the alert that pre heating is completed - the temperature is perfect and recommended cook times are spot on - this oven gets the job done. Very happy.

I bought this a month ago and its a delight to cook with. My only complaint is the manual is useless on programming etc and even turning it off. So I had to go to utube for lessons on how to work it.
