Expensive telescopic guides
I love the guides. Easy to install and make using the bottom oven tray so much easier. But - the guides are ridiculously expensive.

Great Addition to Oven
These should come standard with any oven. Our double oven came with just one set of partial telescopic guides, so we bought a set of full length telescopic guides and they are the best for the grill, so we bought a second set of full length for the grill in the second oven. We now use the partial guides for one of the shelves in the main oven. The guides are really easy to put on and take off again if you want to move them to a different shelf height or for cleaning. Very happy with these full length guides.

Just what we were looking for
Our ovens came with one set of 3/4 telescoping brackets which we really liked and in trying to find another set found the full reach brackets. They are simple to install and make handling hot dishes out of the oven much easier.

I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it has been dealing with your company. I knew the product I wanted, placed the order late on a Sunday night, and received confirmation of the order on Monday morning, confirming delivery date of Tuesday. At 8.25am on Tuesday morning I received a phone call advising delivery of machine between 10am and 12 Noon. At 10.10am truck arrivd, with two young men who quietly and very eficently, delivered and installed my new washing machine. They took the time and trouble to explain about what to do if I had any problems, refused our offer of a cold or hot drink, took out our old machine and left as quickly and as efficiently as they arrived, all done within 15 minutes.
