Expensive telescopic guides
I love the guides. Easy to install and make using the bottom oven tray so much easier. But - the guides are ridiculously expensive.

Great Addition to Oven
These should come standard with any oven. Our double oven came with just one set of partial telescopic guides, so we bought a set of full length telescopic guides and they are the best for the grill, so we bought a second set of full length for the grill in the second oven. We now use the partial guides for one of the shelves in the main oven. The guides are really easy to put on and take off again if you want to move them to a different shelf height or for cleaning. Very happy with these full length guides.

Just what we were looking for
Our ovens came with one set of 3/4 telescoping brackets which we really liked and in trying to find another set found the full reach brackets. They are simple to install and make handling hot dishes out of the oven much easier.

Friendly and helpful
I bought a washing machine from you last week and I just wanted to comment on my experience. I phoned to ask some questions about delivery and was pleased to get through to a person quickly and without having to make endless choices on the phone keys. All the customer service people that I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The delivery service was excellent. They managed to inform me of the time they would arrive and managed to keep close to that time. The delivery person did the job efficiently and was not fazed by sorting out a problem with the tap. He tested the machine to ensure it was able to fill and empty and went through the basic use of the machine with me. All the paperwork was done efficiently. Very smooth process
Hi , We just received delivery of a dishwasher that we purchased online about a 2 weeks ago. The item at the time of out of stock, however i was promptly contacted and advice that there was a bit of a delay and that the item purchased would be delivered the following week. That was the first time that we purchase such a big item online and i must admit that it was a very smooth process. From the website all through to the delivery.
