I'm particularly impressed with the way you took my call on a Sunday when I was having problems with the on-line payment system and you took my credit card info over the phone.
Your delivery guy called when you said he would and he delivered when he promised to.

I would like to highly commend Campbell of your Sydney store. In all my dealings with many copies over the years, especially through online interactions, I have never come across someone with such skill, grace, thoughtfulness and kindness.
I had ordered a freezer to be delivered in Melbourne a while ago. I needed it quite soon after I had ordered it and in following this up with Appliances Online, I initially struggled to get the basic information I needed in terms of time of delivery. Eventually I had the good fortune to come across Campbell.
Right from the start, Campbell was courteous, helpful and entirely professional. He completely understood my needs as a customer and ensured that I be kept abreast of the situation to the best of his ability.
In the end (although I did not communicate this to him directly), when I think he knew it was clear that my frustration was growing and I was considering cancelling the order and taking my business elsewhere, Campbell intuitively sensed that I really needed this item quite quickly and organised for the item to be transferred from Sydney to Melbourne because he was finding it hard to get even basic information about an estimated time of delivery from the supplier.
Having been the Managing Director myself of a very successful business for many years, I understand the costs and pressures of business, and very much appreciated the time and efforts Campbell took to ensure I had what I needed as soon as possible.
Campbell’s initiative, ‘reading between the lines’ of my need as a customer and extending beyond the norm in order to do the right thing by a customer of Appliances Online, has single-handedly won my lifelong patronage to Appliances Online. If I ever require any further such items, I never shop around or compare prices. I will be ringing Appliances Online and requesting to speak to Campbell directly.

Thank you for this question, this accessory has been discontinued by Smeg however i have located 2 sets in an offsite warehouse which is not showing stock on our website so i am able to secure these for you but you will have to call 1300-000-500 as this will have to be done as an off website order, i notice you have bought from us before and located in Queensland.
