I recently purchased a Westinghouse freezer from Appliances Online. I have never been one to trust the Internet when it comes to white goods and normally undertake extensive telephone based pricing which is followed up with on site visits concluding with the obligatory haggling session. The whole process can take days and is generally an enormous waste of time just to secure a discount off retail. Had 3 choices of way to pay
I shopped and ordered my washing machine on Wednesday, received email confirmation straight away, had 3 choices of way to pay then the guys rang me this morning (friday) as i requested it be delivered today and they told me what time they would be here and wow they actually did get here in the time frame they gave. Product was very well packaged. They were very polite and asked if I had old machine to take away and where I would like them to put the new one after putting it where I asked them to, we exchanged paperwork and they said if I have any problems please don't hesitate to call ..Very very happy with the service and transaction and would not hesitate to deal with them again.
