What an absolutely stunning machine. Not just good looks either. Very powerful. We have made quite a few frozen fruit smoothies, protein shakes, and blended pumpkin soup as well as others. Wow. It blitzes everything we throw at it. Haven’t used the vacuum function yet, but I suspect that will be impressive too. The sturdiness, heft, materials used, and that dial…. We have become Smeg converts over the years. While we like the brand and really appreciate their aesthetic, we critically cross shop brands and products looking for quality functional equipment where it counts. Frankly, the quality of this machine, for a blender, is genuinely on a completely other level. Even for Smeg. It seems completely over engineered compared with anything else on the market. If you love stunning, functional equipment that does exactly what it is meant to do, and does it extremely well, this machine is for you. Very impressive. It is literally a joy to use.
