It's really only suited to steam milk for two very small or one regular size coffee. That being said it works for me as I often make coffee for just me. It looks beautiful on my benchtop and cleans easily. I haven't washed it in the dishwasher as I am uncertain what that might do to the black finish and want to prolong it's life. Would I buy again - yes. And as always Appliances Online were easy to deal with.Legendary service

NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!! FANTASTIC SERVICE - AND to top it all off, I received TWO communique's earlier this morning, one as TEXT and one by a clear concise courteous phone message (as I didn't even have my mobile ON at that time of the morning..YET!!!) and next. doorbell rings and here it is - AT 9:20 AM...!!! I ordered an INSINKERATOR yesterday and the delivery today was impeccable. I do not normally write emails of this nature, however, Michael and Layne (delivery guys for you) were brilliant.
