I would just like to pass on how impressed I was with your service! The whole process was professional and prompt. I hadnt heard of Appliances Online before so I was a little unsure about purchasing through the website as I have been stung for large items before online. After speaking to a very helpful and friendly customer service person over the phone, I felt very safe about my purchase. Wonderful, very helpful service. Only one item did not arrive, but was arranged at very short notice to be delivered. Had gone to **** and the **** for their pricing of all five items as a total – no discounts and very heavy delivery fees and very much more expensive. This was my first time purchasing on line, and I have found the experience excellent. Will certainly contact Appliances Online when I require more whitegoods.
