Disappointed that this machine needed repairs at 6 months for known problem with bowl

Slightly disappointed
We have had this product for under 12 months now and have already had to have a repair. The machine itself washed well with good options and cycles however I am disappointed that we have already had to have a repair with no explanation of why it broke and if it will continue to be a problem in the future...

Not happy
Not very happy at all. I put the washing powder as instructed but still get powder stains on clothes. If I want to do a 20 minute wash I can't pick my water level it will only go on low. I picked this machine for it's simplicity but it's not.

Very impressed with the sevice
I was very impressed with the sevice when I purchased my washing machine. After the delivery men left there was a leak and I phoned the company straight away. They had the delivery men return in a short space of time to fix the problem. It was not a fault with the maching just a small connection problem easily fixed. Everyone was very polite and helpful.
