I bought this machine month ago, its too early to comment about the machine i guessed . But how ever Hoover, Electrolux, Simpson there all in one family circle. I had a Hoover 7 kg top load 700 LC Monster machine Made in Australia last for 15 years. So that trust still there. I love the products. This Simpson works well , All electronically programmed, touch censer, nice design, easy to handle, very straight forward. Just programme for a Favourite, thats it. Very quiet, smooth operation, i never had "ERROR" sign so far. Though its made in Thailand, it looks hardy and heavy. I know that most Electronics machines wont last long, unlike manual operating machines. I hope this will works well.. Finally, i am happy to have this machine. Considering to get extended warranty. Thanks for the Appliances on-line delivery personnels, their fantastic. Day of order to delivery no dramas. All went smoothly.
