I just wanted to thank your for the great service. When my washing machine broke down on Monday I called my Dad to tell him about a special I saw at D******. He made me promise I would check out appliances online first. He and mum have bought their last 4 appliances from you and have also got all their friends on the bandwagon. He went on about the great service and was amazed that the delivery guys unwrapped the appliances outside and took the packaging away. Having recently redecorated my unit and being completely fed up several trips up and down the stairs and down the street to the recycling bin, this part was particularly music to my ears! While the same item from D****** was on special at $50 cheaper (incl delivery and removal), they couldnt get it to me for 2 weeks. I came home and called appliances online and ordered my machine. A pleasurable and easy experience
I just wanted to thank appliances online for their prompt delivery of my new fridge yesterday. I was amazed at how quickly it arrived and teh guys who delivered it were just fantastic. They phoned me when they were 20 minutes away, moved in the new fridge with no complaints (my house can be hard to access with furniture), they unpacked the new fridge, set it up, and took the old one awaywith no issues whatsoever. It is so rare these days that people deliver on tehir promises and make buying whitegoods a pleasurable and easy experience.
