I call Appliances Online Australia, from where I bought the ill-fated Myrtle (name for Microwave). It't not their problem, but they see the chance to convert a customer into a fan. Or maybe they're skilled enough to recognize the signs of impending caffeine-delay hysteria. Either way, they're wise enough to tell me they'll find a solution. Robert calls back promptly to say it's not their policy, but they'll replace Myrtle tomorrow. I nearly ask him to run away with me. This is customer service about the relationship rather than the policy. It's the attitude I have in my own business and I'm surprised companies can survive today without it. The cost of sending me a replacement will be tiny compared to the value of my future purchases and the marketing value of my telling friends on Facebook. Michelle, NSW, Australia

Hi, Just writing to thank you for delivering our new Microwave exactly when we were advised that it would be and for your excellent communication skills. We received a confirmation of order, a confirmation that the item had been dispatched and a phone call a couple of hours before delivery advising of the time it would be delivered. As well as this you took away the old Microwave. Even though you gave us this excellent service you were still nearly the cheapest quote that we received. What more could we possibly have asked for. Yet again we have had fantastic service
Yet again we hfantastic service from your delivery guysave had . In fact I spoke to my brother in law who lives in Manly ( the person who recommended your company in the first place) and although he is many kilometers from my location in Auchenflower it was Peter and Ben who did his washing machine delivery and that when offered for them to leave it out side and that my brother in law would take it in, they insisted in taking it in and hooking it up.
