It is virtually not useable because it overheats or unevenly heats food and containers. Issues we have include: - excessive heating of food resulting in burnt/inedible food - excessive heating leading to boiling over and spillage - uneven heating leading to boiling of periphery of food, while central portion remains cold/warm - uneven heating such that the container is extremely hot but the food remains cold/warm - these all occur with minimal cooking times (10-60sec). I am so fed up with using this microwave, I have asked for a refund/credit note. We have small children and having a useable microwave is critical in our house. This machine is a safety risk - I frequently end up with food that is boiling / overheated or burn myself on containers when trying to get food out of the microwave after heating.Excellent microwaveThis is our second sharp microwave, hopefully this one lasts 10 years too! I love the features and its easy to use, its also a really good size. I can't rate appliances online highly enough either, their service is excellent - especially their lovely drivers here in PerthPowerfulGreat microwave. Powerful heating and easy to operate.
