I have never in all my years been treated so well by someone on line. I bought a Microwave Wednesday it was delivered Friday. Like all things in life this did not work out as the Microwave did not work. I rang Monday morning had a new one Wednesday and all was well. Just wanted to compliment you on your super fast processing of my microwave order which arrived 30th Nov. The delivery process was excellent with appropriate phone calls to notify me of arrival.
