Terrible vacuum stopped working was promised a refund as proof of faulty vacuum was provided as required this was never processed so currently filling a complaint and report with the ACCC

I've had nothing but problems with this vacuum, such a disappointment. Battery life is so poor it can't even get through half of my three-bedroom house on a single charge. Switching to eco-mode stretches the battery a bit, but you lose so much suction it barely picks anything up. The pipe itself is a real design flaw, it's too thin so it clogs during a normal cleaning. Less than a week in, the vacuum stopped picking up dust altogether, and since the clog was too deep to reach, I had to find a thin tree stick myself and manually push it through to clear the blockage. Honestly, no customer should have to do that. On top of that, the filter cover broke in the first month and won't stay attached anymore. It pops off with the slightest movement while vacuuming, so I've had to tape it down just to keep using the thing. Between the weak battery, the poor battery performance, a pipe that's too narrow for regular use, and a low quality material and design overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected a lot more given how it's marketed and it's price point. I don't recommend this product to anyone.

Brilliant product ,easy to use excellent suction power would recommend
