Pleasantly surprised with the ease and speed of my purchase, both online and in real time. I placed my order online and within ONE day had my brand new freezer in my home! Although the delivery guys were quite late, they consistently rang and kept me up to date with their whereabouts, and upon arrival explained themselves thoroughly and nicely (had a few unfortunate mis-haps!). Received my new Fisher and Paykel fridge today. Delivery was prompt after I was contacted and the delivery man helped me install my fridge (had to take kitchen door off to get fridge into kitchen and delivery man reassembled everything). ,
